APM 2.7 will not arm.

This APM has been flying great for many flights. Now it won't arm. I sure need some help.Good GPS and no Prearm messages. It will arm and run fine with USB plugged in but quits when USB is pulled. Won't arm with only battery. I show 4.95 volts on all
