APM 2.6 is not arming

Few weeks earlier APM was arming but if i increase the throttle stick more than 50% the quad stops working and the red &blue LED are ON.

So i installed a new firmware from the wizard "Mission Planner" and after that i'm having a problem with APM 2.6,
