Using 3DR Radios. Are Each Set Paired? Can I use 1 to talk to 2 radios?

How Do the Radios work?

Lets say I have 3 Radios and 2 UAVS. 1 radio is on the mission planner and it sends the EXACT same INFO to both the other UAVs? Is that possible?
