High-Speed Drone 150-200 Km/h with heavy lift, suggestions?

Hi guys, I'm looking at putting together a high-speed Drone for heavy lifting, the point is getting 200km/h while being able to carry a weight of 15kg to 23kg with high speed, any airframe/motors suggestions?, Thanks in advance.
