About Me:

Aloha, I go by the identity as Jais' Iruka, I am a Sailing/Beach-Boy, my passions are to study and apply All the "More-Fun-Fast-Functional-per-Dollar" systems to Sail/Foil/Glide Faster than the Wind. I was born in Internationale waters aboard a 96' LOA squared-Topsail/Staysail Schooner. I have circum-navigated all about the globe more than once, with my surfboards and seabag. I have small-kind experiences, sailed, cruised, and raced mostly my own boats as high-performance Multi-Hulls; ranging from13' thru 23', crossed oceans in Pocket-Rocket Katamarans and Tris from 33' to 69'. We have made a very-good optimal daily VMG from Hawaii to Fanning Island Group- connecting All-the-dots effortlessly; with an average of 23.7 knots- Made a "Squirt" apparent across-swell/downhill high-performance run for 17 hours, maintaining, and comfortably sustaining 33.3 knots, I do so love to go Swiftly, Safely, and Simply across the "pond". Romanticly, and passionately in love with the Extreme-Clipper Ships. Someday I hope and wish with strong faith that there will be a Future Non-Emissions Modern Clipper Ship fleet again that is completely Self-Sustainable- No Fossil Fuel for propulsion. I support and help crew with Polynesian/Hawaiian Wa'a and Vaka. Love to share the Aloha Spirit, un-conditionally, and how and why to sail and foil one with the "Pulse" of the Waves, GOD-Speed, & aloha no ka kou iruka-san.
