About Me:

I'm a mechanical engineering student at the University of Waterloo. I have a love for gadgets and models. Been into planes and helicopters since I was a child. Originally from South Africa but now living in Canada

Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

I have been building model planes and boats for a long time but have now started to look into UAV. I have built a quad rotor, using only hand tools, a soldering iron and a cordless drill. I am interested in aerial photography and mapping of unknown terrain.
