Please tell us a bit about your UAV interest

I want to create UAV that can stream live video data in flight as well as have an AP with an editable flight path while in the air. I want one mission to last at least 5 minutes. I'm taking care of the programming aspects of data communication and servo control but I need guidance with hardware and power sources.
