Y6 having incredibly bad yaw issues

Converted my Hexa-b into a Y6 with no luck so far. The frame is set up properly, the motors are all turning the right way and the sensors are all calibrated correctly along with the radio.

As soon as I lift off there the frame goes into an immediate

I'm sure this is something that I am simply overlooking but rebuilding and searching for a fix has left me without an answer. Hoping some of you experienced with the Y6 can point me in the right direction.
