Flight controller installed on top op of 22000mah lipo battery - bad idea?

I am thinking about installing my Naza m v2 flight controller on the top of a my 22000mah lipo battery.

I am just worried about any electromagnetic interference because of the proximity of the FC and the battery.

Difference between solid and foldable blades for drone????

What are the differences between solid and foldable blades for drone regarding flight characteristics???? I know I save a lot of room with the foldable ones.
