Director of Cadet Programs, Idaho Wing - Civil Air Patrol Interested in a flying project that has interesting spinoffs for groups of CAP cadets (i.e., design, construction, ground/chase crew, flight and planning crew, telemetry, etc). Am interested in fielding a UAV that is capable of duplicating the search and rescue function of Civil Air Patrol Search and Rescue Aircraft using cadet crews.
