Setup for sometimes 1 pilot, sometimes 2?

So I have 2 different copters with gimbal and fpv. Most of the time I'll be flying and running the camera by myself. A portion of the time I'll have a partner running the camera.I have an extra controller so I could easily set up for one or the other
