Mission Planner-1.3.60 / 1.3.62 stopped working during launch

I have build the missionplanner in Visual Studio2017 (Windows 10-64bit) and it has successfully build.

But unable to launch the mission planner and it stopped working during initial launch.

Kindly let me know what can be the issue.
