Pixhawk - worked great for months but now I cannot connect with MP - Ideas?

My Pixhawk 2.4.8 has been working great for months.  

It boots fine, sounds correct, and has the right lights on. 

However, I cannot connect to it via MP.  Have tried: 

        Fresh install of MP and firmware on laptop

        Different computers and po
