Quadcopter flips over when taking off.

I just finished building my first quadcopter, sadly, it's not been able to fly yet. The quadcopter flips over when trying to lift off the ground. The propellers are correctly positioned and are rotating in the right direction. What am I missing?Here

Any recommendation on a reliable and affordable quadcopter platform ( frame)?
