One motor intermittently doesn't start

Just build our 3dr quad rotor.  We've flown it a few times.

Yet, we've had numerous times where 1 of the 4 motors doesn't

spin up.  And when it does, (generally after we re-calbrate it)

it twitches a bit more than other motors (while idle).     I think
