Concern over cabling with APM 2.5 and UBlox GPS

I received my APM 2.5 and an external UBlox GPS...

I am concerned about the cable connector that came with the unit...

The concern is... that if you look at the red wire (normaly positive 5volts) and the fact that the cable will only plug in one way...

What does this tell me about my configuration...

Reversed radio channels? What may I look at to see what could be backwards? It took me a long time just to find that I COULD arm my motors (finally)... but don't want to be backwards from everyone else.
