apm lights but does not respond after voltage regulator change

after I changed the voltage regulator when plugging it in to the battery I get the 'alive' led on and red led 'A' blinks 11 times.

I can't arm or access the apm via USB or BT...

i've found other people with the same problem but no solutions..
