raspberry pi quadcopter

i received a raspberry pi 3 and i want to communicate the pi with apm 2.8 and put them on the quad 

and i want to replace the radio transmitter and receiver with my windows pc that send orders via wifi to raspberry pi that connected to apm 2.8 flight
