Mission Planner wiin't connect now

Any Help would be greatly appreciated. I've been tuning my Parkzone visionair for 2 weeks now and everything was working fine. Now I can't get Mission Planner to connect either using usb or 3dr radio. I've tried another computer and get the same mess
