accelerometer calibration pixhawk

How should pixhawk/drone operate with lack of initial accelerometer calibration?  Shouldn't Pre-arm check not allow drone to arm?  Will this show up in the log files?

PM=Fail with Firmware upgrade

I noticed that there is an “Test:PM-Fail” issue with the new Pixhawk firmware V3.2.1.  

This message shows up there:

Test: Autotune = UNKNOWN - No ATUN log data

Test: Balance/Twist = GOOD -

Test: Brownout = GOOD -

Test: Compass = GOOD - mag_field interfer

IMU Mismatch numbers explanation

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the first mismatch number parameter means/significance? I have it highlighted in red.

Ex: 

NOWN - No ATUN log data

Test: Balance/Twist = GOOD -

Test: Brownout = FAIL - Truncated Log? Ends while armed at altitu
