APM 1.17 Error, need help.

I just received my ArduPilot Mega (pre-assembled) and I am trying to upload the latest firmware (AuduCopter V2.1.0 Alpha Quad) and I keep getting this error in Mission Planner.

"Failed to read firmware.hex : Index was outside the bounds of the arrary.
