2D LIDAR (Laser Range Finder) prototype working

2D LIDAR (Laser Range Finder) prototype working, measuring distance upto 50 meters with angle 0 to 359 degrees. Can be used in CAR to avoid rear and front ended bump, can be interface with UAV or Robot. It's done uisng UNO. Its not done yet.
