With the recent problems here the UAVS role will save lives and help monitor such outbursts. No need for people to be so close to record events.

In South Africa with the attacks taking place a uav will help monitor the areas affected and guide the police to the right area.
Maybe even a gas cannister or two to help the people getting attacked before help arrives.
