Very much not DIY, but cool all the same. Ratheon's KillerBee just completed a four-hour mission as part of a US military competition to find a successor to the the Scan Eagle.
Raytheon was one of those places which wouldn't look at U unless U had 5 EE degrees, every certification & credential imaginable, to do...what hobbyists did years ago. Wonder if the product is the UAV or the engine.
