I stumbled on this site by accident, haven't read it yet but it looks like an excellent source of info, hope it helps someone out. Also have a look at the other articles on the site.

    Really nice article, perfect is "mr. Starlino" hat included the Kalman filter also. (so i did'nt have to do that myself)
    It will make a great foundation understanding the article by "Direction Cosine Matrix IMU Theory" previously mensioned in this forum.
