That has nothing to do with hunting. Shooting birds being released for the pure sake of killing something would give idiots a bad name.
I know how you can take video and put it into whatever context you want to prove your point but based on the actual setup and configuration of the shoots it is just totlaly unacceptable. That's not hunting thats just shooting fish in a barrel.
While I don't condone the way that the shooters were killing the Pigeons (aka rats with feathers), I also don't condone these activist flying over personal property. "Pilots" if you want to call them that, are suppose to fly no lower than 500-foot (150 m) from people and man-made structures and it appears that they were flying lower than that. Property owners own airspace a reasonable distance above their property which would include airspace up to 500 ft.
Political or not, the video shows inhumane treatment of animals, and the actions of those caught in video are total unacceptable.
