What is intriguing is that
XTRK_GAIN_SC is varying widely, very high PTCH2SRV_P for skywalker,
and unexpected differences in rudd tuning for bixler and easystar.
What is your favorite 'best setup'? Please share.

I don't find the variation surprising at all. The default crosstrack gain is very low, so I think the one case with it very low probably is just not tuned.
Anything that is a true gain value, eg PTCH2SRV_P, will vary with the airframe. If I just move the servo linkage in or out one hole on a control horn that is equivalent to changing the gain, and to get the same performance I will have to adjust the gain to account for the change in the physical setup.....
Also, I don't know that the parameters on that list are all that optimal. I believe the Skywalker set originated with me, but I don't think I am using those values any more....
