Hi, i´m flying the Ardupilot for many years now. This community accompanied me on my way into the professional multirotor industry. I´ve been working for Ascending Technologies on the Volocopter Project for example.

I always try to push the boundaries with my drone developments. The Arrow Drone is made out of hightech materials and bionic structures. This makes the drone rigid and crash proof.
We see drone racing to become the next big worldwide extreme sport this year. What makes it unique is the combination of advanced flight mechanics, adrenaline, competition and fascination. We developed the first customizable systems that make the entrace easy for beginners and give pro pilots the full potential for racing events.
The Arrow 270 can also be used for moviemaking with the upgrades (brushless gimbal and GPS). Due to its compact size (see the comparison to the Phantom 2 in the trailer) it is perfect for traveling. Im thinking about building the Pixhawk as an upgrade into the Arrow 270. What do you think, would it also be useful for racing?

that 150 kn/h was probably during a free fall from a cliff
... I'm joining Mark and am also wondering how you got to that 150km/h max advertised speed -- "marketing" can backfire! Managed around max 120km/h with both a 225 and 280 setup (on both 2204 and 1806 motors) with 5x4x3 in the 600g AUW range and a cam tilt at 45° with 1300 4S 75C. Max speed on 4S for a FPV setup we know of to date is 163km/h with a specially designed for that quad (from ROBOFORCERX2000). FinalGlide's rig with 2208 motors, 6" props and 6S battery managed a 158km/h. We could potentially reach higher speeds now, but as Mark said, it's difficult, and we got a problem with the blades holding; It's also said that the tip of the blades are reaching supersonic speeds, causing yet another problem. Oh, and the robot in your video says 'video google'. Hm :)
Would love to know which props you are you using to get that speed? We have got to 154km/hr on 4S but the HQP5045BN NGF props we use explode under the stress.

Hi, JB the Arrow 270 can fly 150 km/h - very powerfull motors. The Arrow 200 can fly up to 80 km/h and is very agile. The Pixhawk fits under the canopy of the Arrow 270 with GPS. Its just the question if you can also use the Pixhawk for racing? Any experience? If not the Autopilot would be easy exchangeable.
Looking good, I'd be interested in one that can fit a pixhawk+GPS.
