This is the sUAS flying over the nuclear plant in Japan, does anyone have info on it, I am struggling.

Altough i am not certain of it at all, some research has lead me to think its name is Moai B, and made by ECR.

Searching for it gives only very rare good results. It could be a japanese UAV that nobody ever dared to traduce a single article of it.

can anyone read what comes after "air photo services" ?

with that maybe you can find the web sight and find the UAV name from there.
