We are an Uruguayan company manufacturing drones for security and agro market. As 99% of problems are human error, we decided to fly our drones without human action ! The objective is quite simple : Help use of drones offering the simplest way to fly it.
Thank to DroneCode (and a lot of work...), we have designed a black box with 2 buttons : 1 to arm, 1 to fly mission. We put 1 more for Land if something goes wrong. LEDs help the user to decide to start the mission.
Usually a mission is :
- take-off at 10 meters
- wait for 10 seconds to be sure of GPS fix good quality (if not, Land button pressed)
- waypoints
- last waypoint above landing point with 5 s delay
- landing
Version 2 will be with 3G connection to send us logs after each flight. We will be able to monitor each flight and decide if the machine need maintenance.

ya tenemos este control. Unicamente para avisar al usuario que todo esta bien y que si no hay GPS, no lo puede volar. Casi seria mas : ready to fly
Una sugerencia, porque no esperar que tenga buenos satelites antes de despegar? Buena idea lo del 3G :D
