Since I've had such problems with buying a brushless in-runner, I've got brushless outrunner instaed.
To mount it in the plane, I've used motor mount (that was a problem to find in my country too) from the twinstar,
slightly modified.

yup that is exactly what I've used, they are hard to find here as well, though easier than brushless inrunners :)

Looks like an inverted Twinstar II motor mount that is in short supply here in the USA. Nice work. I did as you did, but just used some PVC pipe that was cut and modified to hold a brushless inrunner in the same position. The inrunner snaps into my PVC pipe mount and is easily removed for servicing.
