I predict that the cost of compliance is going to be set so high that unless you are already making a packet from selling your toys to the military you will not be able to meet the operational criteria to sell or operate in the NAS.
Note that th same law gives the AMA complete immunuty from the FAA.
Expect AMA dues to triple within the year and the AMA to start having non-members arrested and forced to join.
