Everything I was thinking :) Seems so much unnecessary paranoia. The only one breaking the rules that matter to our lives is the government :) Instead we are concerned over run away foam airplanes haha
OK... I dont know if i should join in this discussion or not. These are however my views on it.
1. A foam plane, seriously, how much damage can it really cause..
2. FAA rules, well it seems they took precausions not to fly near any fullsized aircraft..
3. The whole NYC 911 comment earlier... Tradgedy that something like it ever happened.. Seriously doubt that it was terrorists though... Back to the flight, why would anyone link a FPV plane to be that dangerous? I think the illegal RPG's, guns, ect. should be of greater concern to all...
4. Trappy or who ever succeded to fullfil one of his dreams and had fun doing what he loves as a hobby.
5. It showed me, not from the US, what the big apple looks like from above, something i would never otherwise see...
6. It inspired me to also do similar things of places that i love... I would love to share all the wonderful places that i visit in Southern Africa.
7. Be realistic, I've never seen such fuss on the videos of the grand canyon, yellowstone, ect. he or they just wanted to show something they thought would be worth other people's time...
Wow people are too cautious. Nice to see there are people with courage to do what others fear to do because of breaking some rules. I really don't see the big deal. (O_o) I only wanted to know the details of his FPV and tx setup which got one question and one response in between 20 repeated disclaimers that they don't support what he did blah blah blah. They seem more concerned with losing their more conservative audience than anything else. Can't wait to see his next video :) What is his youtube channel???
if i lived in NYC i,d be more concerned with garbage trucks ,uhaul vans ,as far as a distraction i,d be more distracted by a 18yr old jogger, and as far as the plane itself being a danger , come on its foam ! we need to outlaw baseball & skateboarding there more dangerous to bystanders
Just to state the obvious, but to admit I leapt to a conclusion, I did assume what their intended use of the term "Black Sheep" was. I did a very quick search to see if I could find their rationale, but didn't see anything. So, again, this is an assumption on my part.

Fully agree Brad. Female joggers should have to join a club so they have liability insurance.
