    Thanks for your comment, we had security and street was closed for the shoot, as well as film and work permits etc.. this was a shoot for a featured film

  • Given that I live in Oakland, and am a licensed pilot, here are my thoughts: a fairly large and heavy multicopter flown over a highly congested urban area, by what is obviously a commercial company, for what is apparently a commercial feature film, almost certainly without a CoA, on a windy day, within a hundred feet or so of a tall building where someone is outside doing safety critical work, does that pretty much cover it?  What happens the first time someone is killed or seriously injured by one of these rigs in an urban setting?
