New! APM Planner 1.0

Over the past couple of weeks I have been busy reworking my original APM Mission Planner. Together with my partner/designer Samantha Nelson we have focused on improving the APM Planner’s interface, ideally resulting in a more intuitive user experience.

Below are a couple screenshots of the new APM Planner!

What is the way to make it active, so that I can vary the P I and D parameters. Kindly reply. My email is

so long as it talks valid mavlink, and can process paramater requests it should work fine.

  • Hello! Michael:

I used MAVLINK for my fix-wing FPV OSD, can I use Mission Planner even if my OSD isn't the FREE or GNU software? It use the Flight Data&Planner.

  • Just wanted to say thanks, Michael, for fixing APM planner so that it works under Mono! I'm using it in Ubuntu without a hitch! Amazing!!

  • hy..

can i convert the tunning data into notepad??.

We have some experimental code where you trigger the camera via a mavlink message from the GCS mission planner, or via a mission command.

It supports both servo, relay, or a camera electronic trigger signal.

But the code is still experimental, but stay tunned, it will come.

  • I think it depends on what type of shooter you use.

I have two different cameras and I use DO SET SERVO with one and DO SET RELAY with the other

  • I would like to know what is the command to shoot a camera on a waypoint?
