Over the past couple of weeks I have been busy reworking my original APM Mission Planner. Together with my partner/designer Samantha Nelson we have focused on improving the APM Planner’s interface, ideally resulting in a more intuitive user experience.
Below are a couple screenshots of the new APM Planner!

can the icon of your current position be changed? Its shwing a plane and insteda I would like a quad. ;-)
@Michael, I have notice this small bug since loading firmware 2.0.34. When doing first time CLI setup and then setting the declination even tho I set positive it will set it to negative. I always have to go to CLI to change the declination manually. that negative value was big enough to cause a lot of yaw issue and unstable quad.
The Mission Planner is bound to have keyboard shortcuts that will be very convenient joystick button

i will be adding more joystick buttons soon. as for the video, my sugestion would be to use another app to display the video feed then, and leave the hud as a hud.
HUD and the video window is best separately, so you can return the video with other OSD, or remain unchanged with the original joystick button can be switched, because my programmable joystick with 20 buttons are available ... ...
