You will find HERE a full tutorial (in french) fro building yourself my QRO v4 or V5 quadcopter...

You will find also HERE a full tutorial (in french) for using the gyroscope MEMS sensors of the Wii Motion Plus (Nitendo version) instead of the basic piezo gyro with the KKmulticontroller board.

Below the diagram of my WMP version of the KKmulticontroller board:

Yes, they are flexible I agree, but this is safety. To get the propellers more rigid, look at the photos above, I have added two 2 mm diam threaded rods and a small epoxy plate fixed on the motor shaft. The efficiency is not so bad, I got 141 Watts/Kg with these propellers.

  • I tried those props and didnt have much luck with them. They were way too flexible.

To Ducan, now unfortunately this is not near the Epson downs...

To Taylor Cox, I use propellers taken from my Old X-Ufo quadcopter and conducted some change to be compatible with the current brushless engine. You will find the X-Ufo propellers as spare parts HERE

Below some detailled photos of the QRO v5 propellers.

  • What kind of props are you using? They don't look like standard plastic.
