Project Andromeda

I've put together a website for a project I've been working on for 2 years now and will hopefully enter it into the Australian Outback UAV Challenge if it's held in 2010. Just wanted to post the website here for those who are interested. I'll post here when I add new entries for the blog with an excerpt for those who wish to follow the progress.Website: http://www.projectandromeda.com.auBlog: http://www.projectandromeda.com.au/blog

  • Really nice :) Impressive goal ! Great project indeed.
  • The project seems interesting, but the website is really unusable ... only the link blog is useful!
  • Hi Nima !
    Your work is highly remarkable, Hats off to you !
    You site "http://www.projectandromeda.com.au" pushes out three zip files, which contains three DLL files;
    System.Windows.Controls.Layout.Toolkit.dll
    System.Windows.Controls.dll
    System.ComponentModel.DataAnnotations.dll

    What to do with these ?

    Thanks & Best Regards

    Yes I had to use that horrid browser with the blue letter to look at the site, I don't do that often your honoured!
  • Dump Silverlight - if you need some form of dynamic tool then use flash. Best approach is to use the standard web. Having said that the pic looks great and I wish you well on your efforts.

    i would have thought an external 3G something with a beam pointing at town would be just the ticket, but I'm going off topic!

    Yes we are already planning that for our chums, hopefully if several people have a go at live coverage one of us will get it right! Get onto Telstra!!
  • Dude, I want to see the rest of site but I am not installing silverlight. Perhaps you can make the site so the world can see it?

    Blended wing goodness, I like, the 2010 OBC is being held fear not.
  • Silverlight is simply the framework on top of which I've built the website for various reasons. It's similar to Adobe Flash. The blog however should be viewable on any standard web browser. Hope you like it! I'll be updating it very soon on developments we are making on our new CNC machine and the new Autopilot revision.
