Hej Jonas, if GCS is so affordable, probably I can test it someday here at Goteborg. I cannot find anything about light version on the website. Pity I cannot come to Stockholm exhibitions those days, but probably I will manage for Frankfurt one.
As a person working for the marketing/sales department at ICS it is very fun to see that you use our software as an example of how to do it :)
But I can assure you that it's not Silverlight. All components of our GCS are developed in C#
