Our first small batch of Talon UAV aircraft have arrived! Unpacked the first one, (naturally that will be my very own) and must say i am so far impressed with what I see. I think this is going to kick the Skywalker's @ss!
Checked the net, and found only a russian version of the unboxing video. Thinking about making an English version if there is enough demand. So how about it, think you can put up with my South African, Afrikaans accent? perhaps we will move on to a flying and tuning video as well, who knows...
For now, here are a few pics to keep you interested...

Question only to anyone who has flown one of these: How well does it fly?
The tail volume looks very small with such a small moment balanced against the long nose. Vtails are not famed for having great yaw control. I just get a hunch that it doesn't corner well and is a bit bank and yank.
First Talon is ready for its first sortie! Nice paintjob, Gustav. I like the idea of spraying it "military" grey, perhaps with dark grey camo markings, then the wing and tail tips yellow, and the nose too.
I know you are GOING to ask, That is the prop from the Parkzone Icon A5. we found it to work really well on the skywalker, so no reason why it wont work as well here.
It's a nice bird, but I gave mine a thin Fibreglass/Epoxy because the fuselage seems too thin for landings.
Good space inside for installations.
8/10 points
Wessie, pryse asseblief!!
Yes its a Desert Hawk and they have put a wheel where the Army put the bungee.
Looking forward to the videos! Cool looking plane.
Wow, the shape of that body is damn attractive. looks rad when painted up,
reminds of of the RV Jet FPV craft, but a little cooler since it has that top wing on it.

Whoa...that looks awesome. A unboxing vid and review would be great! Do you know what the payload capacity would be?
