There is a branch of antenna design called Fractal Antennas, in which the magical 'Camp David Antenna' may find its roots, but there is only science in antenna design, no magic....by and large, antenna are required to be resonant in order to radiate effectively, so element lengths have direct relationships to frequency of operation - Golden Ratios have little part to play, unless they fractelize...
