We did not build that, but you can!
I would like to introduce TwoDee Evo Ng.It is a dslr sized ( it can be discussed if you notice the photo ) brushless diy gimbal. You can define the size of your gimbal with 4 pieces carbon booms.
We want to produce low cost and customizable gimbal when we design the TwoDee EVO NG.It must be tough, rigid and robust .Other hand it must be easy to balance and user friendly.
Everyone uses thousand kinds of multicopters, helicopters and camera setups.TwoDee EVO NG should be a solution about camera sizes and necessary space for additional equipments.
Finally we decide on that :
There are 2 screws for balancing each axis.Camera space depends on users decision. All axises move on 2 bearings for best results.Default motor is 5208 and it has enough power for almost all cameras and lenses. And finally price, under $1000..You can find detailed information at: TwoDee EVO NG
Any ideas or suggettions?
Greetings

Hi Teddy
Could you please more specific about " vertical play". I am not sure that I understand it clearly.
Any setup ( camera + lens) up to 2000 gr is supported.
Greetings
Looks good.
What kind of play in the vertical is there? i.e. Can I use a larger lens supported in a camera rig?
It is standart basecam 32bit which supports 2-6S version.
Motors mount with special parts marked on the picture.
Which board is it, LV or HV?
And how do the motors attach?
@Rob We made 3 different option for TwoDee NG

We have videos but they are for commercials. We are waiting for the commercials to be published than we will share them.
And I am sure we will see customer videos in a short time.

So do I understand the one you linked to is without motors and controller? Then there's this one which includes the motor and controller?

Looks like iPower motors? Which control board?
Any video of it in operation?
@Gary,thanks..
@ Michal Rus, you can add a blog if you want to write reviews or promoting another manufacturers product .Post deleted, sorry.
Really nice clean design,
Seems very easily customize-able for different cameras and even mutiple cameras.
Just cut the 3 tubes to the length you need and adjust the screws for balance with the camera(s) in place.
Of course,
if you assemble it for 5D, you can also use it with nex5 or similar cameras..
Would it be possible to assemble it (cut the tubes) so that it could fit anything from a Nex to a 5D?
