Tuning for filming

I just finished installing a brushless gimbal on my cinetank and wanted to tweak the tuning. It's flying and filming very stable but I think it can be better. My normally tuning procedure is to wait for a calm day and use autotune. That is fine for normal sport flying but for filming I think it's a bit crisp.

So I checked out my RC_FEEL_RP parameter and it's at 100. I'm going to adjust that to see the effect but is it best to use AUTO TUNE with RC_FEEL_RP set to 100 and then adjust RC_FEEL_RP or do a new AUTO TUNE after adjusting RC_FEEL_RP ?

In studying RC_FEEL_RP I ran across this discussion.

http://www.multi-rotor.co.uk/index.php?topic=7625.0

Half way down that page he talks about:

1. RC_FEEL_RP
2. ATC_ACCEL_RP_MAX (article mentions values of 18000 to 120000)
3. ATC_RATE_RP_MAX (article mentioned values of 54000)

Mine are set to:

ATC_ACCEL_RP_MAX = 0.00000

ATC_RATE_RP_MAX = 250000

The end of the article says these are auto set by AUTO TUNE but I was wondering why mine were so far out of range.
