Jason, Sorry I may have been a bit premature. I have tried a few different methods (SFM/Kinect etc) with poor results - not better than you could make yourself in an hour :( As a result of the poor lighting in my flat and the surface finish (reflectivity) of the EPO. I'm snowed under at work at the moment, and don't have access to my projector to add structured light, which I am hoping will sort it, but will be able to give it another shot in about 10 days. If the surface proves too reflective for this then I may have to use some of the methods described on the david laserscanner forums. As soon as I have anything work sharing I'll get it up on here - I found someone on rc groups who had made a scan with a faro handheld unit but they haven't got back to me - as a last resort I could get access to a similar device but that may take some time...

Flew my X8 yesterday with 4kg all up weight (AUW). Shot into the sky no problems and handled superbly. Will be upping this to 6kg in the next few days. Here's a video with my new GoPro toy! More info on my page.
