For a strange reason to me after completion of ESC calibration my motors use to spin all together but not with the same power in order to fly my quadcopter.After various efforts to fly and adjust one of my motor does not spit.1. - I Plug Power…

I follow the link for the calibration of rc control.
But after that when i have the arducopter connected with the mission planner the motors are armed and i can power on.
When i disconnect i cannot operate..!!!
