motors wont stay in sync with eachother ZMR250

when turning the motors on in clean flight, all motors are steady but as soon as i give it any throttle on the taranis all the motors go out of sink, motors 2 and 3 start to ramp to full speed as motors 1 and 4 ramp down to min. any idea what can be
