I am new to all this, I have been flying toy helps and recently quads but have now moved on to the more professional aurducopter 3dr but having a few set up problems. I am looking to get the unmanned pilots licence

I have a 3dr. It is second hand but my friend showed me it flying.We have change the VPM from a pixhawk to aurducopter but when I plug in the battery it goes through the beeps and the the motors run continuouslyHas any one had this problem ???
