3DR Iris longer motor screws?

I recall less than a day ago there was a topic with the subject to request 3DR to issue a recall notice but it's moved away from the "Top Content" and I can't seem to find it via search or flipping through the pages. Maybe it got removed by the mods?

One of the criticism was the short motor screws that

  1. Needed to be longer
  2. Needed to have loctite (I have some 224)

Was this a valid "upgrade/fix"?   Does anyone have the information on what would be recommended screw length?
