60 Minutes Dumb Stuff

If people keep breaking laws with drones, it's not gonna help the general community...  Anyone know who's involved with this?http://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/a/-/breaking/9382555/spy-in-sky-over-island-camp/http://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/a/-/breaking/9382555/spy-in-sky-over-island-camp/http://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/a/-/breaking/9382555/spy-in-sky-over-island-camp/

  • CASA Part 101 means that to fly a UAV you MUST be certified by CASA. So as long as the pilot(s) was/were certified then it should not be a problem legally. To be honest as long as I haven't missed something (I usually do) I think this use is actually very good.

UAVs are safe and effective when operated properly and this one was used to help expose the apparent unnecessary cruelty to other human beings by the Australian government. We don't get much of that in Wiltshire but I sure as hell would hope that if we did people would fight the cruelty. Rules are there for safety of others but if they are not broken then I'm sorry, cruelty should be stopped whether its from an evil dictator or from a horrible mother.
