Can anyone tell me why this quad-rotor needs to have 3 gyroscopes?Conventional helicopters (main rotor and tail) need only 1.Why this needs three? All quadrotors need 3 gyros?

Conventional Helicopters have a 2 dimensional gyroscope directly mounted to the main rotor. Called a flybar, or main rotor, it spins, has weight, and contributes to in-flight stability.
Quad-rotors get very little inherent stability from their spinning parts. - so they make up with 2 additional dimensions of electronic gyroscopes.
